I did something I thought I'd never do
I showed I cared ...Then I left you
Your life I know is confusing at times
But look and see everyone's is , including mine
You tell me you have to get your life straight
You'll be around, I know but I wonder now do I just sit and wait
For someone like me maybe I did fall to hard
But wouldn't you if you were me , seeing all that you are
You said to me "all things happen for a reason" when we were together that final night
Now what is the reason.....Maybe were just not right
I know your life is so hard right now
But to get through it , look into your heart we'll figure out how
And maybe we will be together again
